Dear Camp Parents:
Like you need something else right now, right? We are so sorry that camp can’t run.
We will be posting videos from our staff on our Facebook and Instagram later this week. Please take a moment to watch them with your children.
Choosing an overnight camp is a big decision, and we are grateful that you choose and trust us each year.
At the conclusion of each summer, we begin to work on every special moment of the next camp season, from when you and your camper step foot onto camp and meet the cabin leaders, to the final wave good-bye.
And for weeks, we have been working on this decision. We considered every aspect of individual health, community health, government regulation, and risk to the camp. In the end, it was a straightforward decision. No matter what changes in the next two months, this global pandemic has made it impossible for us to run our typical camp programs safely and appropriately this summer.
We value transparency greatly here. If you have any questions, or would like more information on how we got here, please reach out to Robyn, she is ready to share with you.
We will be refunding all registrations in full for this coming summer. Please have patience as we process each cancellation. If you are in a place where you are able and willing, we would greatly appreciate any monetary donations to help us get through this coming year, so we can be prepared and able to open for Summer 2021.
And while screen time isn’t our thing, we hope your family will join us online a little bit this summer for some fun Camp Challenges. You will find them on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We hope these Camp Challenges will bring a small piece of camp into your homes and help you engage with your children throughout the summer.
We live for camp. The campers, the smiles, and the authentic connections fuel us all year. And we live for next summer, and can’t wait to see you then!
